The Dictatorship of Krinenia is a massive, orderly nation, ruled by Desriv Rycarkh Kuldalc with an iron fist, and remarkable for its compulsory military service, infamous sell-swords, and zero percent divorce rate. The hard-nosed, cynical population of 1.32 billion Krinenians are kept under strict control by the oppressive government, which measures its success by the nation's GDP and refers to individual citizens as "human resources."

The medium-sized, corrupt, moralistic, well-organized government juggles the competing demands of Defense, Law & Order, and Healthcare. It meets to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Krilyfokra. The average income tax rate is 37.7%, but much higher for the wealthy.

The strong Krineni economy, worth 108 trillion Terrils a year, is driven entirely by a combination of government and state-owned industry, with private enterprise illegal. Crime, especially youth-related, is totally unknown, thanks to a well-funded police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Krinenia's national animal is the Krinenian Sturgeon, which frolics freely in the nation's sparkling oceans, and its national religion is Atheism.
