The People's Republic of Shtit is a massive, cultured nation, ruled by Bob The Builder with an even hand, and renowned for its museums and concert halls, daily referendums, and punitive income tax rates. The compassionate, democratic population of 4.495 billion Shtitians are fiercely patriotic and enjoy great social equality; they tend to view other, more capitalist countries as somewhat immoral and corrupt.

The large government prioritizes Healthcare, although Education, Administration, and Environment are also considered important. It meets to discuss matters of state in the capital city of The Lost City of Atlantis. The average income tax rate is 79.5%, and even higher for the wealthy.

The frighteningly efficient Shtitese economy, worth 476 trillion Rallods a year, is fairly diversified and dominated by the Tourism industry, with significant contributions from Basket Weaving, Book Publishing, and Furniture Restoration. State-owned companies are common. Average income is an impressive 106,028 Rallods, and distributed extremely evenly, with little difference between the richest and poorest citizens.

The state auctions off combat drones to fund war reparations, a primitive society is being eroded as its youth flock to the modern world, old dogs don't have to learn new tricks but they have to prove they haven't forgotten old ones, and the national guard is mobilized whenever a mother gets separated from her child at the mall. Crime, especially youth-related, is totally unknown, thanks to a well-funded police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Shtit's national animal is the Screaming Hairy Frogling, which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests, and its national religion is Sleepism.

Shtit is ranked 62,381^st in the world and 1,832^nd in The North Pacific for Most Scientifically Advanced, scoring 121.09 on the Kurzweil Singularity Index.
