And btw I hope It doesn`t bother you if I assume there is a UN-like security council here, It`s for the sake of the rp.

oh no it doesn't, anasychkinark is canotically atonomous though so they have their own group of allies (almost like the ussr) and they often couldn't care less about other various vetos and as they seem to be able to get around them (usually by bribery or threats)

The Exclusion Zone of Anasychkinark

Uhremberg wrote:The Great Republic of Uhremberg on the international stage and Anasychkinark
The position of Uhremberg over Anasychkinark is quite complicated; while handing support, overall on the international stage using the right to veto the resolution of the International Security Council for an intervention over Anasychkinark, to protect democratic elements from goverment represion and sending diplomatic envoys to mediate between the international comunity and Anasychkinark`s goverment.
However the position of Uhremberg is much more deep and complex, although feeling sympathy for Anasychkinark, remembering the traumatic revolution that ousted the corrupted monarchy from power over Uhremberg, the young republic found itself internationaly isolated. Surrounded by allies of the ousted royal house Uhremberg and It`s great council were quick to ally with The Internationale, although being seen with suspicion. Since the revolutionary left-wing coalition found an entrenched Monarchical power on the civil war, so the coalition saw Itself forced to ally with republican, liberal and democratic elements from all over the Nation in order to defend the revolution.
This meant that once the revolution saw success and Uhremberg joined The Internationale something terrified the people of Uhremberg, the prospect of being seen with suspicion and maybe even being kicked of the alliance which would mean a dangerous isolation. So that`s the cause of the support from the republic to Anasychkinark, an attempt to gain trust from the broad alliance in order to keep safe It`s own revolution, or at least It was.
Once the news about WMDs being produced in Anasychkinark arrived to Uhremberg the entire public felt offended being signatories of a treaty against WMDs seeing the courrent council supporting a nation that produced those same weapons meaning protests, nation wide protest that meant a whole crisis over the nation that meant the resigning of the current council on office, with new elections being called. And although having a slow reaction, the newly elected council sent a new diplomatic envoy that this time would send demands for Anasychkinark`s goverment; They shall completely curtail and stop their production of WMDs and grant accountability of the already produced ones to the international community or the delegate of Uhremberg on the International Security Council would lift Uhremberg`s veto on the resolution of the Council, risking an international intervention over Anasychkinark.

Response from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Anasychkinark

The Great Republic of Uhremberg's concerns regarding the production of weapons of mass destruction (WMDs) in Anasychkinark are duly noted and appreciated. Anasychkinark values its diplomatic relations with Uhremberg and understands the gravity of the situation.

Anasychkinark remains committed to maintaining peace and stability in the region and beyond. While we cannot confirm nor deny the existence of WMD stockpiles, we assure Uhremberg and the international community that our military capabilities are solely for defensive purposes.

We welcome the opportunity for dialogue and transparency regarding this matter. Our government is open to discussing measures to address the concerns raised by Uhremberg, including potential inspections by impartial international bodies to verify the status of our WMD program.

We believe that constructive engagement and diplomatic negotiations are the most effective means of resolving disputes and building mutual trust between nations. We hope that Uhremberg will continue to engage with us in a spirit of cooperation and mutual respect, and we remain committed to finding a peaceful resolution to this issue.

Signed,
Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Anasychkinark

Anasychkinark's Arms Exports: Fuelling Conflicts Around the Globe

Anasychkinark, the enigmatic military powerhouse in the heart of Eastern Europe, has long been shrouded in secrecy regarding its arms exports. Recent revelations, however, shed light on the extent of its involvement in supplying weapons and munitions to various proxy groups and guerrilla factions across the globe.

The production of arms and munitions in Anasychkinark is a closely guarded state secret, with numerous clandestine weapons and munitions plants scattered throughout the nation. These facilities operate under tight security protocols, ensuring that information about their operations remains confidential.

Recent reports suggest that Anasychkinark's arms exports are not limited to conventional weaponry but also include support for proxy groups and guerrilla forces that align with its ideological interests. Rumors abound of Anasychkinarkian special forces providing training and assistance to these groups, further complicating the geopolitical landscape in regions of conflict.

The exact scope and scale of Anasychkinark's arms exports remain elusive, with the government neither confirming nor denying its involvement in supplying weapons to proxy groups. However, the impact of these exports is felt across numerous conflict zones, where proxy groups armed with Anasychkinarkian weaponry perpetuate violence and instability.

The proliferation of Anasychkinarkian arms raises concerns among the international community about the role of state-sponsored actors in perpetuating conflicts and fueling violence. Calls for greater transparency and accountability in arms exports have intensified, with many urging Anasychkinark to disclose information about its arms trade activities and adhere to international norms and regulations.

As the global community grapples with the implications of Anasychkinark's arms exports, efforts to address the root causes of conflicts and promote peaceful resolution remain paramount. It is imperative that all nations work together to prevent the further proliferation of weapons and promote stability in regions ravaged by violence and strife.

In the meantime, the shadowy world of Anasychkinark's arms exports continues to cast a long and ominous shadow over the global stage, leaving many to wonder about the true extent of its involvement in perpetuating conflict and instability worldwide.

Conflict Escalates Along Anasychkinark's Northern DMZ

In recent months, tensions have escalated along the northern demilitarized zone (DMZ) of Anasychkinark, leading to a resurgence of armed conflict reminiscent of the tumultuous Chechen wars. The rugged and remote terrain of the northern border region has become the backdrop for intense firefights and shelling between Anasychkinarkian forces and insurgent groups, plunging the area into chaos and bloodshed.

The conflict, which has its roots in decades-old grievances and ethnic tensions, has reignited with renewed ferocity, drawing parallels to the protracted conflicts that plagued the region in the past. Insurgent groups, emboldened by support from external sources and fueled by a desire for independence or autonomy, have launched a series of attacks against Anasychkinarkian military installations and patrols, seeking to challenge the authority of the central government.

The mountainous terrain and dense forests of the northern DMZ provide ample cover for guerrilla warfare tactics, allowing insurgent groups to launch ambushes and hit-and-run attacks with impunity. Anasychkinarkian forces, well-trained and equipped with modern weaponry, have responded with airstrikes, artillery barrages, and ground offensives in an attempt to root out insurgent strongholds and regain control of the volatile border region.

The conflict has taken a heavy toll on both military personnel and civilians, with reports of casualties mounting on both sides. Civilians living in the border towns and villages have been caught in the crossfire, facing displacement, injuries, and loss of life as a result of the ongoing violence. Humanitarian organizations have struggled to provide aid and assistance to those affected by the conflict, hampered by the precarious security situation and limited access to the region.

As the conflict continues to escalate, there are growing concerns about the potential for further destabilization and humanitarian crisis in the region. The international community has called for an immediate cessation of hostilities and a return to dialogue to address the underlying grievances fueling the conflict. However, achieving a lasting peace in the northern DMZ of Anasychkinark remains a daunting challenge, with deep-seated animosities and complex geopolitical dynamics at play.

Alright then, a new thing to discuss: What do you guys think about "class dealignment" (https://jacobin.com/2024/04/class-dealignment-democrats-trump-biden) on the left? Is the fact that western leftists are losing support among the traditional white proletariat, and instead turning towards a more bourgeois support base, a major, existential threat that must be remedied by de-emphasising culture wars and identity politics, in favour of a focus on old left-style economics and labour advocacy? Or is a majority of the white working class inherently right-wing, counter-revolutionary, and racist/sexist/homophobic/other sort of undesirable attitude, meaning the left should reject them entirely and focus on identity politics stuff that's more appealing to the educated, mostly non-white middle (or even upper) classes?

If 'leftists' are able to have a bourgeois support base then you've already answered your own question :P its why I don't really care for the term leftist anyhow. Socialist or bust
