There have been worse opinions than that on NSG that people tout beyond the execution of minors. I feel like ever since Covid Max Barry/Admins/Mods (all three?) have been a little more heavy handed on this stuff. (Hence why I don't visit often, I don't agree with the terms of service anymore.)

I feel that NSG has become an total echo chamber and its no longer the diverse and open community it once was.

NSG is much more ideologically diverse than places like Gameplay (which I consider a far-left and tankie safe space), but I get what you guys are getting at.
