As a train pulls into the WestMinster train station, an announcement is made.

When entering the station, FRE Train Conductor Kai sticks his head out of the train''s locomotive window, waves, and yells: "Congratulations on becoming the Featured Region of the Day WestMinster!"
The train stops at the platform, and opens its doors, waiting until the next region is featured to depart from the WestMinster station to the next station.
Region Score (What Class would I let the members of this region sit in on the train, based on the region score the region gets):
Coach Class: Dead region/region with little to no activity.
Premium Coach Class: Semi-dead region, region with some activity, embassy active region, a resident of the region notices the region is featured, or I like the region.
Business Class: Region with a lot of activity, Bite My Biscuits rated this region Legendary, or I really like the region.
First Class: Region with a ton of activity, or I love this region so much, that if I weren't congratulating featured regions, I would most likely reside in that region for awhile, or make it my permanent region.
Seat Upgrade: If a region is featured on a holiday, the members of that region will automatically get a region score (seat) upgrade. For example: If a region is featured on Christmas Day, instead of getting, let's say for example, Coach Class, the region would instead get Premium Coach Class.

This is reserved for EW GROSS BAD NASTY regions that are just awful (hateful messages, fascism, homophobia, and whatnot. Not even in the book.

For regions that are more of an afterthought. I don't like it, or there hasn't been any activity for a long time. Sadly, this applies to most regions. Your name is in the appendix. (dead region)
Small Section
For regions that are okay. Nothing special going on here, but either it has embassy activity or someone has posted within the last two months. You get a few paragraphs in the book.
Small Chapter
Most common ranking for good regions. Some activity, pretty nice, and I like the theme. You get your own chapter in the Really Old Book™.
Full Chapter
Regions with their own chapter that's more than two pages long! I really like this one, it's got lots of activity, and overall is just a great place.
2+ Chapters
For regions that deserve more than just one chapter. This ranking can vary from 2 to 5 additional chapters, depending on how so very cool this region is.
+ A Small Picture
This rank is ADDED to whatever rank you already earned. We have elected to print a small image of your region in the notoriously image-free book. Awarded to regions that I have a personal bias towards or just really like. (One of my alts lives there, I love the theme, etc.)
+ A Full-Page Picture
Your region is so special, so rare, and so one-of-a-kind that we added a full page image of your region to the Really Old Book™, which is typically known for its lack of pictures. (This ranking is ADDED to another ranking and is recieved if your region is truly 🌟special🌟 even if it sucks in general. Rarest ranking.)
