Welcome to a large habitable planet (approximately 258.8 million square miles) located in the Pinwheel Galaxy, orbiting a red dwarf star known to the Hein natives as ‘Rukïyt Ðein’ (‘ 𑀣 𑀬 𑀔 𑀐 𑀪’), and to the humans as ‘Brahe-375A’. The civilian name of the planet is Vultune. With only one supercontinent that is surrounded by islands with a shallow ocean, the planet is unique in the galaxy as it is also the only round ball in its solar system.

Hello to all, we know that the region is switching back to a stronghold region and I would like to become governor of Vultune like I was when I founded it. I hope I have your vote against The Empire of WeaponsUtopia who will likely abuse his power like he did when he gained the title of WA Delegate after seizing control of our peaceful region. I will definitely make sure that Vultune will be recognised around the other regions. Here are some other things I will do:

- I will get back to any requests quickly as I am online a lot.
- I will protect our region and keep peace between the nations (unless people have other wishes).
- I will make that everyone in Vultune will get what’s right, because we are a democracy.
- I will make sure that Vultune will be remembered by other regions or nations and try to get it commended.
- You might have not been there when Vultune was still mostly under my control, but I can assure you that those were good times as me and some very helpful countries even won a war, signing a peace treaty (which The Principality of Emergency Response Nation, our current delegate did) and there has been no conflicts since (except those terrorists).

I would really like to thank all the countries that have helped me get here:

How are you going to blame other people for YOUR raid and then ask them to allow you to be in a position of power again? Your stunt when you became WA Delegate showcases that you are a liability to this region's stability, to be quite honest I have no idea why you are still allowed here and why you are allowed to run.
