I like everything I see on the proposed legislation. Is there a possibility we could add a Vice President of the Regional Legislative Assembly to serve in the presidentís absence?

Maybe the part on the founder should be rewritten to elaborate on what executive authority entails? It seems kind of ambiguous currently.

Hereís what I suggest for defining executive authority, based on the context:

Executive authority shall be vested in the Founder alone. The power to initiate regional military action, control incoming communications on the RMB from foreign regions, and appoint ministers to cabinet positions are all considered parts of executive authority.

While I like the first two parts, and I think those should be included in the bill, Iím not sure about the last part about the cabinet appointments. Such a matter might need to be decided by the legislature, rather than handed off to me immediately. I believe it should be up to the legislature to decide whether a cabinet is needed in the first place, and if so, how it would be comprised, how members would be chosen to serve, and in what capacities they might serve. Otherwise, I am glad to see youíre looking through the bill.

Revised legislative agenda has been published. Voting shall begin immediately and will end in twenty-four hours.

The Kingdom of Episcona

Since there was no vote to bring this agenda to debate, I wanted to clarify that we are voting to confirm and pass this legislation.
