Two fascists from WaheKenhe were sent to assassinate President Simon Newman.
The two men could not be indentified quickly, however were clearly Wahek born. The two men shot Newman using two Wahek OV7b pistols, chambered in 9mm, shooting a total of 16 rounds across the whole even, 7 from the first man, 9 from the other. Newman had been visiting, the bayou area delivering a speech, with a very large crowd. The Assasins used this to get close to the area where president Newman was standing. They quickly ran in front of the crowd, and shot up towards the president's location, both men fired two rounds, half of which missed entirely, the two rounds hit near his armpit and upper shoulder. the crowd behind the two men began running forward, some preparing to tackle them. The assasins shot the other twelve rounds into the crowd, killing one man instantly and injuring four, one of whom died of his wounds later in the day. The crowd tackled the men, beating them severely. One man was killed from being repeadiatly striked in the neck, the other was shot by the president's bodyguards nearby. Newman continues his speech after a short pause, as he had to clear his throat.

Construction of a brand new class of fighter has begun in order to further strengthen the Imperial Air Corps, the plane will be of a newer generation of advanced monoplanes and will be called the Focke-Wulf 98 Falke. On the other spectrum, the Imperial Ground Forces and Imperial Panzer Corps have finished their joint development of a new heavy tank.
