That was an out of character question probing for an out of character answer. Most rebels don't tend to have better access to military equipment than the military does
Even then, rebels can't operate equipment like a professional military can. Literally takes months or years of training, depending...

I honestly haven't figured that part out yet, I'm leaning towards the air Force helped them in exchange for something.

So, are the modernists like a militia that have been around for a long time? Do they have trained fighters that have opposed the government? Do they control any territory or have representation in government?
Yeah, they've been hiding in the shadows so they've had time to train I suppose.

Might be more interesting if they were more like District 13 in The Hunger Games, though developing that a bit better than she did would be much better.
Stay far away from glorious Nezaeva and all will be well.

I was walking down the street when I was a kid once and a black bear just moseyed across the road in front of me, not giving a care, right in the middle of a residential neighborhood.
The KNSA is UKR's space program. It was formed in 1982 and has a budget of 1.2 billion USD.
History
The first precursor of KNSA was in 1975 when parliament created the Kalmar aeronautics and space advisory commission(K.A.S.A.C). KASAC built radio telescopes conducted research on aircraft and space and managed the nations satellites. In 1982 Prime Minister Frans Danielsson issued and executive order to reform KASAC into the KNSA and gave an increase in funding. In 1985 after realizing the possible profit in satillite launches the KNSA started development of the Telolab rocket. In 1987 the KNSA contracted WT orbital to make parts for the rockets second stage. in 1991 after delays caused by weather and problems in construction the first Telolab launched from West Tarnesia spaceport. In 1992 the 3rd launch of ta telolab rocket with a pay load exploded mid flight. This made many question if KNSA was actully capible of handleing satillite launches. After a year of retesting of the rocket it was finally launched again. It flew flawlessly after that until other explosions in 2001 and 2005. After the 2005 crash KNSA made modifications to telolab to keep any more explosions from happening. The modifications mostly included isulating the fuel tanks and limiting damage from the elements. In 2013 KNSA started construction of a new radio telascope. Currently the program is working on a heavy lift rocket called Telolab 2

Perhaps it is because you set the size of your text so high. It even makes things look bad on desktop and it honestly has an air of unprofessionalism, it's like you made the text bigger to reach the page count on an essay without doing any of the writing.
