DOS is basically a term meaning that you are banned from this game, if you come back you will be deleted. Basically you have to cause enough trouble that the mods see fit that you don't return

I am pretty sure valvar is using the rdp as a baseline to his raids because he is to scared to actually raid a decent sized region. Raiding regions which have asked for help is a very sad way to raid honestly

My man have you ever heard of sleeper cells? I think we're under raid through that method.
