The Bank
Functions
The Nairamey Credit Union is designed to make trade easier between countries that are a part of the Nairamey Credit Union as well as provide easy and accessible banking services to the citizens of member nations. Due to the freedom of movement between Coalition members, trade has become incredibly prosperous and easy. However, there are still many areas in which improvement is needed. For example, each member country has its own currency has made trade and the movement of good difficult, and so the Finance Council has introduced a universal currency that all member nations are free to adopt. Additionally, regional and local bank branches are being opened to better provide basic banking services within Coalition Countries.
The basic services the bank provides include personal loans, small business loans, credit and debit cards, home equity loans, student loans, etc. However, these loans are handled by the local and regional branches and are covered under the "Branches" section of this Factbook. The World Headquarters for the NCU mostly handles large loans to multinational companies, nations outside, and inside the Coalition. It also monitors trade and the stock markets of capitalist nations. For socialist nations, the NCU provides loans for public works projects.
Management
The Nairamey Credit Union is run by the Finance Council of the Nairamey Coalition. The Council is made up of representatives from each member nation, and all member nations have a say on how the Finance Council Operates. The President of the Nairamey Credit Union is nominated by the head of the Finance Council and is confirmed by all the members of the council. All senior positions at the NCU World Headquarters and the Regional headquarters are confirmed by the Finance Council. This is to ensure there is almost no corruption present. At the local level, Regional Officials open branches and appoint local branch managers.
Local Managers can decide who they hire and fire, but interest rates and other essentials to running this large of an organization run through the World Headquarters and the Council. Additionally, all cooperations, LLCs, and/or businesses that generate revenue exceeding ₦5 million must do all business through regional branches and not local branches. This is to ensure greater accountability
Headquarters
The Nairamey Credit Union's International Headquarters is located at 3349 University Drive, Essendale, BW, 42995 in the nation of The western adjus islands. This is different from the Nairamey Coalition Finance Council Building which is also located in Essendale. In this building is where all international matters regarding the bank are handled and dealt with. Around 1,280 employees work full time here, and that excludes kitchen staff, security, janitorial staff, etc.
The Naira
Information on the Coalition Currency
The Naira was created on the 7th of September, 2020. And it was been adopted by 5 Coalition Members. These members include Nacoa dya, The western adjus islands, 
San Medici, Saynixia, and The-paradise. The nation of 
Cisplatinaa has also adopted the Naira, however, it is used in conjunction with the national currency of Cisplatinaa. The Naira makes trade and the movement of good easier throughout the Coalition. The Naira is not backed by any physical object, such as gold. Instead, the Naira's value is purely based on the faith people place in it, much like the US dollar.
The original 16 members of the Coalition are allowed to adopt the Naira as their official currency at their leisure, but all new nations which want to adopt the Naira must pass through two phases to mitigate the damage done to the value of the Naira. These phases are the Introduction Phase and the Transition Phase. The Introduction Phase includes switching over key industries to the Naira and slowly decreasing the amount of local currency in circulation and introducing the Naira to the population. This phase can take anywhere from 3-7 years (IC) give or take. The Transition Phase includes switching over the entire economy to the Naira and making it the only currency in circulation. This phase happens a lot more slowly and can take somewhere between 7-10 years (IC) on top of the years it takes to get through the Introduction Phase.

Branches
Branch Locations
There is a local branch located in almost every city of member nations. However, it is up to the member nations' governments to allow the introduction of the NCU to their nations. If the NCU is allowed to create branches in these countries, the national capital is the site of the Regional Branch. If the country is large enough, there can be more than one Regional Branch. As of now, the number of branches that are set up is not determined, but that number should be released soon.
Functions
Regional Branches handle Large Business Loans as well as Loans to States and Provinces. Local Branches handle almost all the other loans including personal, small business, student, home-equity, payday, and title loans. More information on what Branches can do will be released as the Finance Council finalizes their decisions. They will be posted here as soon as possible

1. If a member nation is attacked by a foreign nation, all nations in the coalition will come to the aide of that nation
2. No tariffs or embargos may be set on another member nation
3. Freedom of movement within all coalition member states and member states territorial waters.
4. Mandatory embassies in all other coalition countries
5. A Coalition Defense Force has been established and all member states shall dedicate 5% of their military to the force
The Nairamey Credit Union is the central bank for the coalition, it can give out loans, make savings accounts for member nations, buy stocks to invest the money of the coalition, and sell war bonds. The Credit Union is operated by the head of the financial council who is currently The western adjus islands, the financial council is made up of all of the members of the coalition so they can voice their opinions on what the coalition should be doing with their money.

Departments
There are 5 departments and each one is headed by a council member, the departments each specialize in an area of focus for the coalition and the council members bring issues in their departments to the general council to be resolved. There is the Department of Culture, which is currently headed by San Medici, there is the Department of Science and Technology, which is currently headed by Katrzynija, there is the Department of Trade, which is currently headed by Alantic empire, and finally there is the Department of Industry, which currently is headed by The-paradise.
Coalition Trade Center
For the increase of trade between coalition nations a Trade Center has been constructed in Essendale, The Western Adjus Islands and a trade representative from each member nation has been sent to the trade center. For more information on the trade center, click here
