The Organization of Cultured NationsBoard

I would like the draw the attention of all members of this organization to the proposals currently before the World Assembly. As WA Delegate it is my responsibility to vote in a way that reflects the beliefs of those i represent. To that end I would like your input on 2 specific proposals, namely "Ban on Double Taxation" and "Repeal "Marine Debris Accord"". i feel that the double taxation proposal fails to be specific enough in it's definitions and is open to the kind of abuse that is all too rampant in today's world economy (exploitation of "tax havens"). While I agree with the lettering of the Repeal i would much rather to be put forward as a amendment.

Your thoughts on this subject are appreciated.
