"...zzz..." Alisa falls asleep during the entire discussion, as Greeny and Kokopium rambled on about foreign affairs, with Kopium reading through the papers on the table. "Sorry lads, we're late!" Juntism0ld II opens the door, as Ian Seth, Aska and Aida follows along with him. "New outfit there, Aska?" Kokopium asked, noting the fact that Aska has gotten a new outfit and a shorter hair. "Well, I'm rebranding myself after all, ever since taking on the role as the Minister for the Anean sector of Foreign Affairs. Of course, I can't do it alone as well, so there's Atlee, whom I've assume might just arrive right about..." Aska responded, as Atlee knocks on the door. "Phew, just in time! :3" "Seems like everyone is here, so we'll start. Don't really want Alisa to just fall asleep for the entire duration of this, do you?" Greeny joked, as the meeting for Foreign Affairs related stuff is underway.

"First off, we have a letter from the Variolan MoFA, seeking to establish relations. They're sending two diplomats down as well." Greeny looks at the letter he has been given. "I have no objections to it, from the copy of the letter that I'm seeing right here. Trade, and everything else, we can talk about it once they land." Aska responded, as everyone nods in agreement. "Okay, if there's no objections, I'll get Aska and Atlee to greet them once we do get confirmation on when they would arrive. Aska, write a letter back to the Variolan Foreign Affairs, saying that we agree to a visit and establishment of relations between both countries." Ian told Aska, as she notes down on what she needs to do.

As the discussions continued about the state of the world, and what needs to be done for Memester, the table was soon flooded with paper being given across, and on Alisa's side of the table, multiple cans of energy drinks. "Alright, now here's the last one." Greeny looks down on the table, as there's just ine final thing that needs to be discussed. "Alliances."

"Tissy, since you've been keeping track of alliances around us, what would be the best bet for us?" Aska asked. "Oh yes. If it's possible, we do need to find a stable alliance that we can fit in. I do have some options, but there's ultimately one." Juntism0ld II responded, as he rolls out a map, as everyone looks at it. "Alright, it's possible we could get ourselves closer to the Vapians, but the alliance they're in doesn't really fit Memester, and most alliances around don't really fit us, except for one." Juntism0ld II paused, as he begins pointing towards a location on the map. "The Namhung Cooperative Organisation. There's some politically aligned nations in there, and of course, our closest partner, the Illuverendians as well. I think it shouldn't be a bad idea if our Southern neighbours are in it as well." Juntism0ld II noted, as everyone nodded. "Good idea Tissy. I'll write to them about joining the alliance then, with Greeny co-signing it." With it, the discussion ends, and everyone dismisses to do what they need to do from this meeting.

As part of Memester's current goals of opening up to the world, we would like to accept your offers of opening up for relations. Noting for the fact that you'll be sending diplomats over for further discussions, we'll have our side of diplomats to welcome yours as well. I, alongside Atlee Memiston, will welcome the two diplomats, once we have the date and time set.

I hope we would be able to establish formal relations and work for a common goal in Anea.

Ever since the days of old, Memester has always been neutral, or at least slightly aligned. Now, in a further divided world, our neutrality would never last forever, especially with our goals of connecting further with the outside world. With this, the Libertarian Socialist Kingdom of Memester formally applies for Membership to the Namhung Cooperative Organisation. If there's anything that we need to add on, we'll be able to do so, but for now, here's our application.

We hope to join your alliance, and to work together as one.
