As the three S-224 stealth helicopters approach the remote military base of Confederation of Independent Colonies the teams of Black Hand agents readied their weapons, after months of intelligence gathered from other Pax Hevenica allies a small task force was determined the best action to take. The helicopters began to descend in order to not be detected by radar, an extra precaution that while unnecessary will make it near impossible to detect the choppers.

"Alpha team, prepare to establish a perimeter around the drop point. We will make sure none of those red b*stards get to the other teams, Bravo team will be the first ones into the compound there they will take out the sentries and make an entry point. Delta team will make sure that no one can escape, there is a bird in the region that can destroy any vehicles that try and get away."

As the helicopter touches down the teams deploy and take positions to move in. The sentries were taken out by snipers, and then the ground teams began to move in.

Following the recent declaration of war from Budon the mad upon The Republic of Antiyard as well as recent hostilities in North Osea from the Organization of Strategically and Economically Aligned Nations onto Budon as well as threats from Roma's neighbor, the Hong Kong Empire emerging, the City-State of Roma has decided to hereby place the nation on high alert against the threat of war. The State of Roma is not looking for war as of now and is trying to stay neutral through any acts of warfare through any entente that is in an ongoing conflict. The Roman President talked on the issue on account of the continent's issues.

"Ladies and gentlemen. Citizens and residents of Roma. Our city is facing something near our borders that we have not experienced before. We have been able to live in peace in these lands before, but the peace of our land is at a threat. The nation of Budon declared war on Antiyard, a member of the Organization of Strategically and Economically Aligned Nations. And since they are a member of such alliance, the alliance fired back. However, that has not stopped the dictatorship from pursuing their plans on invading Antiyard. Battalions sent by Antiyard in defense, Tonga's air raids, Toshavo's willingness for war upon Budon, and our own neighbor's threats upon the nation have woken us up. In the night, children can't stop but hear Chinese jets zooming through the sky. Tongan ships and jets make noise on our horizons when they take the route that passes under Anea as well as by us. We can hear Toshavoan jets from the distance and every morning, we hear of strikes on Budon.

Daily, our worries increase and we can't help but feel like we are going to get dragged in. Budon has called numerous times to the destruction of Osean nations. However, in many of their addresses, we as a nation can't help but feel that they are referring to all nations in Osea as a whole. However, they have also called for the extermination of criminals, nekos, and incels as well as calling for the enslavement of Blue Eyed People, Brown Eyed People, and people that possess an IQ below 89. We, as a nation, have realized that the Dictatorship of Budon is a profoundly repugnant nation fueled by fear and hatred. It is for this reason that their hatred of Osean Nations is clear. It is clear that they don't like nations of Osea or the alliance because of their fear. However, they have continued to blacklist nations like Minuda, Waupun Island, Wardency, Asthea, and Libertandonien as well as fighting powers like Hong Kong, Toshavo, and Greater Saint-Paul. It is for this reason that we can conclude that Budon is a threat to the peace of the world. And for this reason, we in the state of Roma condemn the Dictatorship of Budon.
