Yes but we fought on the not so favourable side until 1941 when they declared war on the Soviet Union and then proceeded to bomb the hell out of London, and thus we joined the Allies and went to war with Germany.

San Romalia fought in 1940 against the axis, it was successful against the Italians defending ourselves until the Germans shoved up and we where under occupation till the allies came.
