Effective Immediately, this nation will do the following things:
1. Repair the infrastructure and people
2. Get rid of any dangerous opposition
3. Re-open foreign relations

Our foreign relations shall go outside of this continent, and hopefully to everyone.
We are down, but slowly rising up.
