*in fact one of the things that makes me famous is my opposition to this rule*
while I dislike it for reasons which I have stated extensively including the stiffness of rmb RP due to SR being limited, pegasia being inactive, and the other one with space that actually is fresh, no one has heard of.
letting us have 6-7 person RP maps with stuff like medivalisim

its not really enforced
