The Convention of Astrana (Konvensi Astrana) is an Intergovernmental organization which purpose is to provide humanitarian aid to other nations (including nations outside the alliance itself). The headquarters of the convention is stationed in central Astrana, in the International block, and the headquarters is one of the largest structures in Astrana.

The Convention is formed in 1949, after the signing of the Cascadic Treaty in 1949, the alliance only has 6 nations from 1949 to 1951, then The Cascadian Bioregion joined, in the following year Katuda, Nalver And joined, in 1984 the 10th Member New Celoveniortan joined the alliance.

The Cascadic Treaty is signed at the capital city of Astrana, where the leaders of 6 nations gathered in the capital building, that being the Guillean prime minister, the prime minister of Intion North, a Kartujian Representative, the Cereskian Vice President, The Katudan prime minister and the Kartujian Minister of Foreign Affairs.

Humanitarian Volunteers: People who are willing to lend a helping hand to victims of disaster, be it a nation in war, or the survivors of a famine.

COA Secret Police:Information about this division is highly classified, but they're known for deploying special task forces to a specific destination.

Army Volunteers: Official soldiers of the Alliance, a portion of them are deployed to nations experiencing brutal conflict.

Flag
The flag of the COA has been used since the signing of the cascadic treaty, and has been used up until this day.
Meaning: The field of blue represents the oppostie of red, generally blood, and it blends well with the 6 stars arranged in a hexagonal pattern.
The 6 stars represents the 6 nations who first signed the Cascadic treaty, the background of blue is thought to be the opposite of red, that is war and blood.

Equipment

The Convention of Astrana has a myriad of military equipment, like this HH-50 Phoenix Medium Utlility Helicopter (Below).
Army volunteers are issued with the standard AR-56 Assault rifle, and the RR-14 45ACP Pistol, the air force of the COA uses the aformentioned HH-50 as well as C-130 Hercules cargo aircraft, the Naval equipment of the convention are Berlianpura Class GMDs and Lamon Class Cruisers.
