We have just now started to deliver these materials, and along with them came a few extra supplies.
First were blueprints for some new eco-friendly technologies, such as a Carbon Dioxide-Water converter, which would take in Carbon Dioxide from the air and use it as fuel in cars and buses, which would only produce energy for the vehicles and water so clean that it could be drank.There are also some new-and-improved versions of wind-turbines, since the mountainous terrain of Down Scoblic would suggest a windy environment.The last (or is it) blueprint would be of a dam that would operate and produce the maximum energy of water, while being suited in a way that it would not disrupt migratory patterns of fish and the overall flow of the river.

Lastly we also sent a few of our top engineers to help organise and build all of this stuff, along with 50,000 Zai to help purchase anything else we have not or are unable to provide to help Down Scoblic further.
