9 PM, 21 Sept. Elia and Jamin arrived in Hégeis after several hours of driving. The FCA warehouse was at the outer west end of the city. They parked their truck near the garage. From the inside, Sam Ichigožt, the brother of FCA General Josef Ichigožt, opened the garage for the new shipment. After greeting each other, the men unloaded the cargo into the warehouse. Inside, about a dozen or so men were talking and drinking, enjoying the evening.
They opened the container to reveal the Creeperian rifles. A couple of the men picked up and held the rifles, including Sam. "We'll have to try these out later tonight."
1 AM, 22 Sept. About eight of the FCA soldiers walked on a narrow trail that cut through dense bushes and trees. They shined their flashlights ahead and carried the rifles on their shoulders. They hiked a good distance into a small secluded valley. They set up their lights to shine on a couple abandoned and rusted cars with bullet wholes littering the exterior.
Sam loaded his rifle and took aim at a car. He pulled the trigger. The shot echoed within the valley and the bullet hit the car. But the barrel of the rifle had flown off and landed several meters away. "Oh man, FALANGE really gave us the bottom of the barrel."
The other men laughed. Then Elia took aim with his rifle and pulled the trigger. Nothing happened. It was jammed. "Are you kidding me?" The other men also tried their rifles and got similar results. Either jammed or compromised in some other way. The disappointed men groaned at their useless weapons. "Forget about it. We'll report it to my brother and figure it out tomorrow."
11 AM, 22 Sept. Sam woke up and vomited on himself. He had a stomach ache and felt terrible. He checked his phone and had six missed calls from his brother. Sam called him. "Hey, I've been calling you, all morning. Listen, Elia is dead." His brother's news made him jump out of bed despite his condition. "He felt sick earlier and then just collapsed dead. Two of the other guys who were with you last night aren't feeling well either. I don't if you guys all ate something or..."
Sam explained that he was also sick. He reported the malfunctioning Creeperian rifles as well. They both knew something was not right.
9 PM, 22 Sept. Sam had been rushed to the hospital by his brother, but he died there of respiratory failure. Seven others were also sick and in critical condition.
FALANGE's plan worked, and the FCA knew they had been betrayed.

A Request to Purchase Oil from the Republic of Sequoyah The Malgan Petrol Corporation requests to purchase oil from Sequoyah. The terms are seen below
READ THE TERMS
Article One: Malgax will purchase oil at a rate of 1,000 Currac a Barrel. (Negotiable)
Article Two: The Malgan Petroleum Corporation will be the sole shipper of Oil within the arrangement no Sequoyan or Sequoyan ships will export Oil to Malgax. (Non Negotiable)
Article Three: Sequoyah will be solely responsible for any regulatory violations that occur within the bounds of this agreement. This includes Regional, National, and International. The Government of Malgax Greatly stresses this article. (Non Negotiable)
Article Four: Malgax will have priority involving all arrangements related to the Sequoyan oil industry's interactions with foreign powers. (Negotiable)
Article Five: Sequoyah must release all Paleocacherian citizens it has interred. Until this action has been taken by the government of Sequoyah all arrangements surrounding and within this agreement will not be undertaken and the agreement will not be recognized by either the Malgan Government, The Malgan Interior Ministry, or the Malgan Petroleum Corporation. Upon agreement to these terms the deal will not come into effect until all Paleocacherian citizens are released.

Terranihil votes FOR this resolution. It will make the detainment of international criminals much easier and hopefully ensure crimes such as Ernest Pyle's are more swiftly dealt with in the future. The resolution also does not infringe on national sovereignty.
Groffenord votes in favor of the resolution, an international police agency will help ensure that no criminal is out reach of the law and accountability for their crimes.

Throughout the few months after Malgax had launched it's general offensive, material and manpower have been transferred to the 21st and 25th divisions. These divisions have began their lightning advance upon the city's suburbs, supported by hundreds of planes, helicopters, and large batteries of artillery, bashing all resistance found facing the advancing Malgan forces. Alsborn will burn tonight, and with it, the Heavenly State.
The Gandorian tanks follow the convoys of armored cars and soldiers in a majestic parade of power and might. After the assault the troops will finally get to head home, the wounded will mend, and the dead will finally rest. After many pushes, and even being surrounded in a last stand effort. The Willdavisian delegation will vote in FAVOR of this resolution. As it will help to catch international criminals such as Ernest Pyle or Chon Deadle. We also see it as a way to make international security better.
The Xussman Delegation votes IN FAVOR of Resolution #29 which establishes a global police organization. Xusma supports the push towards promoting world security while also respecting National sovereignty.
