I created a workout home technique I got a backpack filled it with water bottles filled with 10kg of water got a broom stick got the stick off put my back pack on it and started doing reps

I haven't been going to the gym recently but this is what I'm doing at home or outside

20 knuckle pushups
3 clap pushups
5 normal pushups
50 sit ups
50 leg raises
Walk like a mile
Run like a mile
Did 1 arm pulls with 45 pounds each arm for like 30 reps or 20 today was just a test to try this backpack stick method

That's actually nothing if you compare to what I ate today I ate like 3 ice-creams and a crepe that's alone like 2k calories I ate it 2.6k calories today .

I'm fasting tho since its ramadan I can't eat from 5 AM to 6 PM

I'm not that crazy tho I started working out like 4 months ago I used to be overweight now im just a lean guy with a little bit of muscle
