Over 50 years ago were used to be primitive civilization on planet call Mesklin they were one of multiple civilizations in a galaxy but one day they have a nuclear war causing their own extinction and for galaxy, that was the end of the story, but one day, the galaxy caught by surprise by a message coming from Mesklin

The various nations of Universe One decided that they should send gifts to help sela Seebers recover from their nuclear war.

Most countries sent food, blankets, and other supplies; Dogetopia sent scholars and space exploration vehicles so that the Seebers could trade with the outside world.

DARK DECAY STORY LINE
Due to unknown reasons, Chancellor Knight has ordered in immediate immigration and withdrawal of citizens, and military and expeditionary forces in the TGE space colony. It has been seen that the current order of New Provinence is in a state of panic, as stocks crash and colonies' inhabitants get withdrawn. The citizens of the TGE colony are said to be grouped in Jupiter in Universe NP-08, the largest version of Jupiter known yet in the known Multiverse. They will be kept in Cloud City for further notice It said that after this Grand re-grouping, they will be re-located somewhere else. It is said that the reason for this mass panic in the order of New Provinence is mainly due to a meteorological event that will happen in NP-01 (Original) TGE-01/NP-02 (TGE universe) and NP-08. This meteorogical event is said to be called the Grand Decay, which mainly happens to old universes in which black holes expand in the speed of light, and is the main cause for the destruction of other Old Universes which were old colonies such as NP-04, 05, 06, 24, and 25. Since NP-01 is an old universe and the main order, it is said that the government is planning a grand relocation in NP-08 before moving to another universe. Though, NP-02 is not an old universe and has the classification of Eldritch Universe, it will have a long lifespan, but is not well developed enough for all of the New Provincial military and citizens to fit in.

All colonies from Universe 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, TGE 9 and IDC 110 have been withdrawn, with all citizens, law enforcement and the military now withdrawn to Universe 2. They have been stationed within the Sol System of that universe. Notably, large amounts of populace have been moved from the terraformed yet dystopian Titan moon to the near by Wormhole. There has also been a few witnesses about large ships being transpored near the Wormhole, before going back to Titan. The population of the general population of Swastikan has drastically decreased day by day. The government has not revealed any information about this, with the population being from 600 Billion to now a small 100 billion. It is seen that every week, 50 million people are being transported near the wormhole and never returned.
