On this day let us honor our fallen Creators who have given their lives for the Geometrix, especially those who have died in the most recent invasion. If you have someone you would like us to give special recognition for their services, please post their names down below. I would like to pay special respect to one individual Creator who gave his life in the Great Invasion: Quickshot the Creator.

In many ways Quickshot appeared very ordinary, having no elemental powers by choice. He was low ranking among the Alliance and was mocked for his humanity. Many felt he had not embraced the futuristic values of the Geometrix and instead clung to the old, traditional values of the former world. However, I believe this was a strength; his faith and perseverance in humanity when most have given up is what made him shine among others. The continuation of human kind was one of the original goals of the Geometrix, one that seems to have been lost in the chaos and turmoil of our world. Many deemed him ordinary and weak, yet in the Great Invasion it was him who stood up to the Dark Creator, without any weapons or elemental/supernatural powers. He confronted the Dark Creator, not in hopes of defeating him, but to sacrifice himself for those he loved most.

It is his act of selfless courage in which he will be remembered. Quickshot may not have been the strongest Creator, but he had one of the biggest hearts among any of us. Therefore, I honor him today with the title “Creator of Courage” as a martyr for the Creator Alliance. May you and all our fallen brothers and sisters rest in peace.

ATTENTION ALL CREATORS

The Creator Alliance has received confirmation of a deadly virus in our vicinity. The virus, known as the Volcarona Virus, originates from a larvesta hive along the equator and is highly contagious among Pokémon. The virus spreads through orange spores infected Larvesta and Volcarona release, if Pokémon breathe in or make contact with these spores they will contract the virus. Symptoms include inflammation, excessive sweating, high fever, heart burn and spontaneous combustion. The infectious spores penetrate the lungs and various internal systems, most cases often fatal, burning the infected Pokémon from the inside out as internal temperatures grow too high to withstand.

Grass, ice, bug and steel type Pokémon are at higher risk of contracting the Volcarona Virus and cases are more severe. Fire type Pokémon are immune to the virus. While most other species remain uneffected by the virus they can act as carriers and infect Pokémon around them. Descending from Pokémon, Solarians may feel moderate symptoms of the virus but are usually not fatal, however they are especially contagious to Pokémon if carrying the virus. It is important to limit Solarian exposure to Pokémon in order that neither species catch the virus.

A burrow of Nincada located south of the Creator Castle has already been infected. Creators are advised to be extra careful when traveling outside so we don’t give the virus to any of our Pokémon.

Our Creator research team is currently investigating the virus and is seeking a cure/vaccine. We will inform you of any more details to come. Stay safe everyone, we will get through this and become stronger because of it!
