Hello Mare Nostrum,
It's been a while since I've made an announcement. As some of you may have already noticed, the region has been password locked. The reason for this is that the leadership here no longer has the time to commit to this region effectively. So with heavy hearts, we have decided to put an end to the Empire of Mare Nostrum.
We've been around for over a year now, and we've had some great times. While not all of you were along for the ride the entire time, I want to thank each of you for being a part of this region.

You guys might not remember me. But I am Tiberius Caesar. I knew all of the original Founders before you formed the region when we worked together in the LKE. I actually came here so early that my residency rank is top 5 or so. Are you moving on to different regions or leaving the game?

Hey Tibby!
Well Paulus has moved onto Karma and our successor, the Sacred Marian Empire (SME)
Thommy has essentially quit, but he pokes his head around once in a while
Mega is gone because how busy he is in his real life
Bazzy is around somewhere, still being an enigma
I'm pretty much in the same boat as Paul, just much less active

Yeah I saw you were Emperor. This region rivaled LKE for some time in population size. I'm glad most of you are still around. I went off an became a defender like I said I would and have been doing it ever since.
Are you still going to keep the Founder active or is this a total shut down?

If you all leave the game completely, I would be interested in holding the Founder, keeping the region passworded and keeping it as a trophy region with its original stuff.
