Hello! Would anybody know how I could get a more people in my region? I saw that your RMB is a good place to ask questions. I am new founder of Zickton. I'm 3 weeks in. Could anybody please help me on how to get people in my region?

Be an frontier region. Well that is risky you're region could be raided easily.
So is to make recruitment telegram and sent it to newly Nation. The chance of you convincing someone to join region with this plan is 1% (20% of recruitment telegram will be blocked by spam filter)

We aren't using that feature but the Technical Tools section of the Reference Library from The King of All Wild Things mentions maps.
