There is such a thorough lack of justice for what happened and is still happening in this country. The most fvcked up example, the final straw that made me stop considering myself a patriot and look at this country far different than I did just a couple months ago, was the Emmet Till case. To this day that boy's family still hasn't gotten justice, and the woman whose lies cost him his life is still walking around free today. Much worse, law enforcement's actually protected her.
