Ok cool, I’m just looking at possibly “origin” countries. I mean obviously I could make up a Colonial power but it may be fun to just have one that still exists today.

The raiders on the docks bolt for the towers and walls of Irene, fleeing from the incoming force, while artillery begins to slowly open up on those ships they believe are in rang. Most miss, some do not. This is a similar situation to the Anti air, who are now focusing their efforts on the anti air. Sniper towers ready their bolt rifles and bows to the coastline.
Besides running into the occasional singular raider, the CESTs remain undetected when they drop. Those in the port have to navigate tight spaced ruins of the former port, and keep themselves from being spotted by either raider or old security system alike. Those on the outside have to deal with a heavily armed but lightly defended perimeter guard, using the weapons of the former Imperial police force to defend themselves from other raider gangs or a land incursion. However, with most of their numbers now scrambling to the coastal defenses, there are less guards than there could be.
The anti air turrets are lightly manned, and this particular crew half drunk and half stupid, only noticing now they are under attack by the coast. In their scramble to the turret, they only carry knives and small blunt instruments, disregarding their guns, and also disregarding the grenade just under their feet.

Upon raiders firing their coastal artillery, most of the shots are indeed missed and avoided by warships of the 19th fleet. This doesn't guarantee that they have completely missed though. Three destroyers and one frigate have been hit by enemy artillery, with parts of their weapon systems damaged, few losses of hulls and casualties of 7 sailors in total inflicted. The 19th fleet responds to the artillery fire with 5 Surface-to-Surface missiles at the coastal defenses and towers under the orders of the admiral. Not only their missiles were fired, they have also fired naval artillery from their decks towards coastline defense raiders.
Back at the port, location where a squad of paratroopers threw a flash grenade, they start shooting at the Anti-Air turret manner raiders with their assault and combat rifles, attempting to clear out a crew of Anti-Air turrets. With other squads on different sites of the port, they attempt to do the same progress. Few groups of paratroopers begin their objective to infiltrate areas of buildings expected to have a command center like a leader or a council, but they'd have to sneak and fight through areas first. If they get caught, they'll have to resort to chaos.
On the outside, paratroopers whom have landed outside of the port have been unlucky to have to fight with perimeter guards. A force of 10 paratroopers on the outside start the fight with perimeter guards by being on prone on the ground and firing first shots at the perimeter guards.
The raiders outside the walls only have moments before chucks of the now bombarded defense wall rain down onto them, those left standing on the walls vacate them, using the rubble as cover, waiting for another assault. Those who have a functioning radio in the towers report to command that they are under attack. Commands response is labeled as "No Kidding!" and orders anyone above the wall line to vacate and defend the center of the city, and orders the rest to keep to their posts.
Given their orders, groups of raiders start swarming back to the center, running into anti air crews being attacked by CESTs. It's pure chaos. The CESTs who are infiltration buildings have to fight floor by floor, but they get more resistance as they get closer to the old administrative complex. Those on the perimeter are able to make a few kills before the guards start blindly spraying the area with automatic SWAT weaponry.
The few Civilians left in Port Irene notice the fighting, and begin to help out, tripping up raider reinforcements and throwing makeshift grenades at their occupiers. Not knowing who the raiders are fighting, but believing they are better than anyone who believes a skull on a stick is art.

As raiders vacate some parts of defense walls, the admiral orders to continue naval bombardment on the raider defense coasts. As they do, three amphibious assault ships, carrying marines with urban warfare gear and equipment, are heading towards the now bombarded coasts in order to deploy said marines and fight raiders. The SSS Alfonso, command ship of the 19th fleet, supports the AAS units with coastal bombardment and movement orders, warning them of possible mines.
At the port, CESTS paratroopers who are attacking Anti-Air crews continue fighting. They are being given reports by nearby squads that raiders are coming to help AA crews, and because of this, they attempt to finish off the crews quickly before they could do real fights. A CESTS paratrooper receives a scratch wound from being knifed by a raider part of one of the AA crews, which makes him slowly lose the ability to successfully hide with stealth, however, he continues fighting and firing.
The CESTS paratroopers in buildings do have to deal with increasingly worse resistance alright. Sometimes, they use flash grenades to try to blind the enemy each time they pass two floors. The ones near the old administrative complex are taking cover from enemy fire, as two get hit, and one of those two dies. Few squads attempt to sneak up on stronger raider guards to either slit their throats or shoot them in the back.
Outside of the port, where paratroopers are fighting perimeter guards, it is quite a battle there. One paratrooper takes a hit from a bullet that was sprayed by the guards, as the rest of the force shoot at the perimeter guards with their rifles.

It's taking place at an unclaimed coastal land that Terrabis once owned, the place is called Port Irene.
