Also, I am pretty sure you messed up your merchant fleets, rail roads, and trade agreements.
What should be happening is trade is (+1), but then with a rail road and trade agreement it is (+3) and with a market and highway/airport (+5). But you are listing rail roads, trade agreements, and merchant fleets separate, which leads to you having (+2)(+3)(+3), which totals out to (+8) per person.

and I checked your factbook and you haven't put your highways/airports, the total income you actually gain everyday is $64. With the highway/airport infrastructure you gain around $80+
