I think the rule can be waived in this case if it actually acts like a UN. But you'll have to ask the other mods

It is actually not a rule. It's actually a law called the RMB act. I cannot simply change it even if I don't like it. It needs to go through the magisterium(our legislative branch) to change it through voting and I am no longer a magister because a delegate can't serve as a magister. I can advice and give suggestions to magisterium but I can't vote there.

But every laws passed by the magisterium needs to be signed by the delegate. So technically I can stop a law from passing through. But, the magisterium can veto it with 2/3 vote and it will still pass through when that happens.
