Russia was ready for war

In total response to the Russians refusing to back down and preparing mass mobilization for the war, the Republic of Shavara mobilizes at least four patrol fleets to guard the waters of Shavara, defenses are being set on the coasts, as well as inner land Anti-Air batteries and Self-Propelled Anti-Air Guns, and much more defenses.

The Shavaran military will be waiting for the Ruskies to even try.
