Zerachiel nods. "Most do fall asleep eventually. You saw them in the clouds when we came in. -But then they wake up again, and live here for a while again, especially when their descendants arrive."

When do they lose their sense of awe and wonder?

I was kinda worried that you wouldn't come back after the latest round of "harassi the lerasi."

If I balked at that sort of thing I'd be gone the moment someone said "Armachan Metrocorp", "The Umbrella Corporation 1997", "New Jamisonia", or "Golbad". No I was just handling some stuff. I'm still in shock that Serge awarded me the Golden Order of Merit for my work in the Executive.

Sounds good.
Probably the most realistic is a dragon going over there.
Because wooden ships aren't the sturdiest when there's an active military situation going on in the Imperium.

Okay, I'm gonna use Moss because he is the nicest goodboi ever and i'm love him.

Moss has been flying for a while, in search of nice beaches. The ones in his homeland are rocky, icy, generally uncomfortable, and the gosh darn seals always make him feel bad about eating them. The last warm, sandy beach he found had speciesist jerkfaces on it; so did the one before that, and the one before that. He's tired of that garbage. Maybe, since the people here are reportedly friendly to dragons, they'll let him play in the sand for a while.

So it is that a large, slightly chubby green dragon lands on one of the colonies' beaches.

"Oh, that varies. They all have their own pace." Zerachiel smiles. "It's not a bad thing, really. This is their home and they should feel comfortable in it. The 'awe and wonder' thing sort of puts them in a defensive mindset . . . I love seeing them grow out of that."

In terms of appearance, both are equal.

I'll let you figure out which one is safer in terms of not dying.

"Eight. It's actually more than that, but for simplicity's sake we count all the early human species as one group and all the forgotten species as another. Humans, early humans, alcatus, alcynus, dragons, bevhenkin, river serpents, others. There are some sapient species on Valsora that aren't represented here, mostly because they have their own gods and heavens to go to instead."

I have a proposal regarding the History of Valsora. We could have a historical conference to outline the history's of nations, animals, and possibly the history of the Universe.

Could such a proposal work?

History in Valsora generally works on a case by case basis, there is no official Valsoran history, not in depth anyway, as to not conflict with the histories of nations on the map.

Welcome to the Empire.

A response will follow shortly.
