It’s supposed to be the Drayrk Phoenix. Which is a dark and less glamourous form of the standard Ragean Phoenix. So the vulture look actually works out.

IRL Earth, Vultures are physically harmless to humans, though they can kill them in another way: Terrorizing farms to starve humans.

Although, I'll be pretty sure that Valsoran vultures would be physically harmful to humans.
