here's the thing, I'm not bound by the treaty as I have a global affairs neutrality policy, and I have beef with Ocenia. they have hired some cartels to attempt to burn one of my towns down. but they were caught. my navy is at the ready. so is my space artillery.

I was just after Normandy anyway. also their northern ports. anyways I've made a ceasefire agreement. I promised not to attack them, and they've promised to not annoy or interfere with the DA endeavors, they also agreed to cede to me Normandy, as there is no towns or infastructure there.
