NationStates Moderators | WAS Lucia's region, past tense. It isn't anymore. Now it belongs to the current founder Faerie Land. Once a region goes founderless, there is nothing against the site rules about a group raiding and refounding the region. Simple fact of the matter is that you broke the site rules, and your continued harassment of another player got the original founder nation deleted. Apparently your conduct upset enough people that they decided to take revenge in a game-legal manner by seizing the region. Is it mean? Certainly, because politics are mean; you made political enemies, and the loss of your region is the price you ended up paying for it. Spamming and throwing a capslock-screaming tantrum over it isn't going to make anyone give the region back to you. It will only get you in further moderation trouble for spamming and continued harassment of other players. Your only option at this point is to move on and hopefully learn from the mistakes that cost you the original founder and this region. Please consult the To everyone else in the region, I would recommend the founder or appropriate Regional Officer banject the disruptive player, and report any ban evasion/continued spam harassment should the trouble persist.
