I propose the Saxonian Dollar as an international trade currency, in order to avoid giving one nation predominance over another. However! I think the coconut shell would make an excellent international currency, because it's immune to inflation given how long it takes to make more of them.

Before the next referendum feel free to campaign your currency

I support the Saxonian dollar as it would be a neutral currency, not showing favouritism of any nation
