Indeed. I'm excited that we'll finally have a new flag soon! I'll also be working with Planning to develop new seals and work with the First Council at-large to improve the Constitution.

I am likely to redo my flag soon so if there is anything I could help with I would (most likely) be glad too

I am saying chicken mainly because, being Christian, I believe that God created the chicken to lay the egg, rather than the egg to hatch the chicken. Also, where would the egg be incubated if it came first?

Hello to all our new members! We're still in the process of building up this region, so here's a bit of information that I hope you find useful:

1. There are still open positions on the First Council (the executive branch of government)! There are also positions for anyone seeking to work in a particular Department, where you can put your skills (as mentioned in the telegram) to use. If you would like to apply, please use this form:

2. With activity here steadily increasing, I believe it should be possible to hold elections this month, which would mean they'd take place beginning on the 20th (with declarations of candidacy). If you're interested in running for the Areopagus (the upper house of legislature), there will be 5 seats available for election then. The Ecclesia, which is the lower house, shall be opened for admission to all citizens once the upper house has been chosen.

3. A few months back, this region voted to join the Union of Force an inter-regional federation with an elected government and representation in a unicameral legislature. We were set to join much sooner, but this region was raided and activity slumped after that, which pushed back this timeline by a couple months. I am still planning on following the results of that referendum which saw 60% in favor (and only 20% against - 20% also abstained), but I am first trying to develop this region's institutions to a point where admission will be easy and seamless.

Interesting question, however, you could just use the 1 million dollars to help start your business without having to take out a large loan or struggle initially. :P
I think owning your own business could be neat, but I have never really been the management type.
