once they have arrived to their destination, they find smaller human sized blue floading crystal and find that the area have been cover by blue dust

Yumen Institution have sent out another expedition group named "yumen 12." resquesting that the drone cover the group

OOC: how are thay going to do that exactly?

as they do that. Another small crystal start floading toward them, getting closer and closer

Noticing the crystal getting closer, the team gets a small shard weighing in at about 2 grams and escapes from the site. Mini-nukes brought with them are prepared near the crystal for detonation once far enough.

helicopters fly above the crystal, soldiers get down via ladder to said crystal, they use pickaxes to mine out the crystal, and sent to the nearest lab in Arusuki

Sorry if I'm being rude, but at your tech level you at most only have metal-frame or wood-frame helicopters with little to no walling that are pretty non-practical, quite slow, and can only hold, with an extremely optimistic estimate, around 3 people (Without a rope ladder inside). Also, I'm pretty sure that for the RP balance these magic crystals are extremely hard to mine and non-magic pickaxes would do nothing. Even with my 1970s proto-lasers I only got some 2-gram shards, which relates back to the tech again because it's probably going to be very costly to magic-infuse pickaxes at 1940s tech level. Even if pickaxes were magic-infused, I'm not sure manual pickaxes would be able to mine this at all even with strong magic. At 1940s tech labs will also be poorly equipped, and while sending back the crystals, due to no advanced containments available, with a large bag of shards your team will definitely turn into blue crystal's like Souraoi's even more advanced team, if you could mine the crystal, which you probably couldn't. Also, sending back the crystals would be impossible, because the helicopter likely can't even hold the weight of 3 people (Soon to be 3 crystals), and just won't hold a bag of heavy crystals or a rope ladder (At most, in an optimistic estimate again, you might be able to hold both with a single-person flight manned with a skinny soldier.). If you were to put a rope ladder on you can probably only have solo-person or two-person flights, and you'll have to ditch the rope ladder once you get the bag of crystals back on. Except the crystals are unmineable.
So basically, tech, tech, tech, tech, tech, tech, impossible.
Also, if you used a solid ladder instead of a rope one, my arguments are still accurate because they're even heavier than rope ones.

The Mini-nukes are detonated, noticeably giving the blue fog a significant Celadon tint for a few seconds. The research team runs away with the crystal, safely getting it back into a sterile lab where they prepare to experiment on it.

The Military Technocracy of Finiso

I just realized all tech was demoted 1 era and I'm now back in 1960s.
At least still no one besides Souraoi is with me in the 1960s.
And I'm still probably going to get to 1970s first.
Also, does having a higher SA count in the range of a single decade count as higher advancement in the rules?

By the way I'm declaring the gathering of the crystal null until the tech is good enough or there is a decent counterargument.
