Bruh relatable, that's averedge for the summer in my city (not all of Serbia though). My city is very interesting because when it is cold in Serbia then its bone freezing in here, and when its warm in Serbia then its melting time for us pour souls
Yes. Where I live there is a relatively mild climate, that barely fluctuates between summer and winter. The highest summer temp. ever recorded here was 34.4 C, and the average in summer is around 18. As for winter, the lowest historical temperature was just -8.5. The average winter temp. is close to 4 degrees.

Your English is fine. To be frank, there are quite a few mistakes, but I cannot speak more than a little French outside of English and I admire the quality you have reached.
RP SNR has begun building it new capital. New Brevestre, Sjevre is financing this build. It will cost them 3 Billlion Libero to build this capital city that needs to residence 700 Thousand people. This city will be build 30 Kilometers south of the current capital Luanda. This city is planned to be a 'green-city' with recycled resources as major building material. The build is excpected to be build aroun 2034.
