I will make this league one of morals, principals, and freer markets. I like Vlandskie a lot, but that member state's failure to draft a good first Constitution shows a serious weakness. The Grand Vandal writes the laws. We want our laws to be good.

Although I made some strong and overreaching laws in the past, they were sound. I vow to each of you not to make extreme laws again. My laws will focus on morals and free markets, but not be too overly restricting of personal freedoms like they were in the past. My laws will be sound, and they will work as intended.
