The PRL flag is technically required to be used by law, unless this current one is temporary. If we want to make this the new one, we have to propose a change to Congress.

I prefer the red banner though. Even if I love IRON. o/

Are those DDOS (did I get that right?) attacks still around? I can't access the forums, and in the rare moments I can, the whole place looks quite messy. This is also the reason I haven't seen or replied to any messages, as well as do stuff, so yeah sorry about that. >_>
