Caesar Von Bingen
Yet with the Distraction of the Central-Void-Authority, And the Distruption of the Grand Triad at the hands of the Goddess Nasu'lith herself and her grand Sect perhaps now they would be given a rope to pull themselves into Salvation. And Luckily for them even if their numbers remain few, Their signature was still strong to Detect, Strong to find even by the most Weakest of Entities or Deities alike, However like most things there first needed to be a Beginning. And for this A simple Image would appear before the both of them. A bloodied Dagger.
Xortica | This begins to cause a notable decrease in the population of them. The zombies, though, begin spreading elsewhere, and an attack of Southern Yenayrav starts. (Northern California)

Over the skies of Niger soared four gleaming bombers and two transportation planes. Their wings were bathed in the setting sun, making the rays look like thin golden spokes. The insignia of the Empire's Air-Force plastered on the wing of the plane looks faded and tattered, yet they're still the pride of the Empire. Aboard the plane would be Tocrat with his trademark cigarette clamped in his mouth, and an entourage of bodyguards and assistants. The self-proclaimed Vice-Chancellor would be there, no doubt babbling about the importance of the meeting. "Tocrat, this meeting will prove a decisive victory to our group. We have to show him we're serious, and we have to show the natives that we're serious. We have to put on a great show for both, don't we? If this succeeds without a hitch there's the possibility The Empire would be willing to fund further expeditions, on a larger scale, to the Niger Delta. We'd be looking at an entirely new frontier in Imperial territory, a rich new source of natural resources." The Vice-Chancellor would continue, his eyes alight with the possibilities of oil, of new cities, of more tax income for the Empire. Tocrat however would be indifferent about all this as he'd puff on his cigarette and gaze out the window at the setting sun, thinking of the natives, and thinking about his massive debt. "Don't forget that they're people, Tocrat," the Vice-Chancellor would say. "We can't just treat the natives as savages. They're people, just like us." "I'm well aware of that, Alexander," Tocrat would say, not bothering to turn around. "But the natives are humans, and that's all they are. Humans who are quick to anger, humans who aren't intelligent as the average monster, humans who will need to be persuaded. Preferably without too much bloodshed, that's why my men are currently carrying their guns with them at all times. After all in the great words of Theodore Roosevelt . 'Speak softly, and carry a big stick' we must show these natives we're willing to negotiate, but we must also show them that we're not afraid to use force when necessary. Understood?" "Yes, sir," Alexander would reply. "Is there anything else?" The plane would soon land at an airbase in the Nigerian city of Lokoja, and after a swift debriefing by Tocrat's security men, the people aboard the planes would be ready to step foot into Niger's largest city. The Vice-Chancellor and his entourage would disembark first, followed by the other dignitaries, all of whom would be met by local dignitaries and officials. As for Tocrat and his men, they would step off first, to ensure a smooth entry into the city. Though the streets and buildings of Lokoja would be hot after the long plane ride, the guards would have everything well in hand, but everything else will fall to the hands of Tocrat, wherever he succeeds to convince the natives to join the Empire it is up to debate but this is a start.
