She simply has swimming clothes appear on Jupiter and then puts floaties back on him before giving him to quipos

A rocket

The Shino Agency for Stellar Exploration has been hard work with the science department, they have prepared a design for a long-range rocket to land on the distant moon of Shino, "Dunnova", the government would hand the job over to the heavy construction department who would begin constructing a rocket, each would be in 4 sections, First, the Rocket Booster Section, which would be powered by a fission generator, 3 in fact which through experimentation was miniaturized so they could fit in the next compartment, Power Generation, up next would be a large section "Storage" Which would be needed to store all the materials for a base, which would be resupplied by a smaller rocket every 4 weeks or so. lastly, the command portion of the rocket, it would be the portion that lands on the surface a well, with the storage compartment also coming down in a different location, which would be a decent location by the polls of the moon
