 The Ampean Empire of Epirot | I've been stalling this for a month BUT I will be more active now luv u all Christoforos in Cabrios As such, Emperor Nikolaos Has sent his brother, Christoforos to cabrios with a blank check to do whatever he could to win the war in Cabrios, however, Christoforos only brought a small but elite force with him - and as such, his campaign began. First of all, Christoforos began recruiting large numbers of men from northern cabrios, where the area was still under imperial control, and was more supportive of the empire in general, large portions of these men became little more then Militia, however, some eventually becoming full imperial elite soldiers, However, Militarist scouts (Militarist refers to the forces of Admiral Alexandros and his "Military Junta" of sorts), had spotted the rapidly growing forces, and soon enough, they had moved a force of about 16,000 men were now ready to face Christoforos's... 8,000. As the battle began, the militarists, overconfident with their 2:1 numerical. advantage, launched a general offensive against the imperial's wedge formation, however, they would notice that imperial elite forces were missing, however, they pressed on in hopes of breaking the seemingly weaker imperial forces in hopes of breaking them before any reinforcements could arrive. however, the imperial elite cataphracts and other elite forces would arrive and start rolling the enemy forces up from the edges of the wedge, with the militarist forces being slowly overwhelmed by the growing number of imperial forces are miliita freed up by the imperial elite forces would join them in their advance. this would result in a complete collapse of the militarist forces front and forcing them to retreat. In the aftermath, Christoforos's troops would go on a pursuit, living off the land and using any sort of horse they could find to outpace them, rapidly moving down cabrios and giving them no time to recover, constantly forcing them into battles and blocking avenues of retreat, encircling and destroying large portions of the militarist army, and using constant pursuit and attacking on any emerging militarist formation to prevent them from actually forming a capable response. nigh-annihilating militarist presence in Cabrios.
