I'm not sure I can answer this one too well, as I'm still getting my sea legs in ths regions. But I do have experiences in similiar work from past regions, but I think this place has some inovative ideas and takes on things I have seen flourish and work well in others regions that I'm excited to explore more into. As for areas of improvement, the one thing I think needs to happen more becuse I feel like it's alread present is maybe better communications between all for the purpose of "job recruitment." Each Ministry interactis with folks in Europeia in difference way and may notice like hey UPC, is extremely creative has done areally good RP on the forums, maybe we nudge them to Culture to utilize that creativity or Culture might notice someone is really opening and encouraging of others during a Poem night and being really friendly those people might make a good fit for us. Just help scoutting out the talent a little more between the ministries and especially for the new legal education program as well.
Realistically anything that embarassess myself but doesn't hurt anyone, which is a pretty large area of things and tells me I really need to re-evaluate my relationship with Klondike Bars, it probably not healthy.
It makes a huge difference, the way the rmb has been almost impossible for me to keep up with, we’ve been seeing regional growth and the on-site community is fantastic. It helps with retention of new nations and I love the many different types of engagement we’ve been seeing from regional mini rps to meme contests
Right now and my answer will probably change if you ask me against in a few days, would be a Vampire Bat. I recently listened to a discussion about altruism and Vampire Bats are knowing for feeding other hungry Vampire Bats unrelated to them, which is extremely unusual in nature, and I'm a huge community driven individual so that is just what lept to the front of my mind. Plus I could finally tell Thomas Nagel What It is Like to Be A Bat.
Don't sell yourself short, this is a very perceptive answer! I agree that we have a tendency to sort of silo our Ministries and not really do a lot of forward/active recruitment for them. Communication is a buzzword in every election but we always tend to focus on communication between the President and the people, and we kind of forget about including the Ministers in that beyond midterm addresses and whatnot. Hopefully this is something that we can work to improve in the future.
I also think that these are very reasonable limits to have for Klondike bars. Maybe I need to reevaluate my relationship with Klondike Bars instead, because the riskiest thing I would do for one is probably drive to the store to buy one :p
Ugh so much this! I love coming back to Euro after a couple of hours and seeing several pages of RMB activity to catch up on. I'm honestly so proud of the community we're developing here, y'all are awesome <3
I mean I work quite closely with you and you've been extremely kind and understanding as I learn the ropes here, and I am very grateful for you patience. As for Favorites I think we are very lucky to have the individuals we have in the positions they're in and I think they all fit right where they're most needed, so it would be like having a favorite puzzle peice when I'm more of a fan of the entire puzzle. [also It's Sanju he is technically the most Koala-fied to be my favorite.>:3]
Thanks for hosting us! And of course if anyone every has any questions about the Ministry of Interior Not to Fret, myself, and anyone else from the Interior are always more than happy to answer.
