She was dubbed the "second female president" for a reason. It really felt like she made all the decisions. Wilson's wife may perhaps be considered the first female president!

😎Also, as a recurring trend, Teddy Roosevelt is unquestionably among the top three tiers.😎

I never said that I liked Hillary! She was and still is a disgusting and yet mysterious being. I liked Bill at the time, by today's standards, not so much...

There were parts of Bill Clinton's presidency that I admired. It was the 1990s, first and foremost! Following the fall of the Soviet Union, there was this strange era. It was one of those vibrant, but laid-back, and amusing epochs. He used cannabis in the office, had affairs, acted inappropriately, didn't follow every rule, and was a very bad boy! 😎

However, in light of his policies, it was actually a fairly awful period in personal retrospect... Did we all forget about NAFTA, which was a tremendous disaster in the end? Not to mention the fact that he maintained a pro-war attitude for the United States while also managing to make crime worse. The Violent Crime Control and Law Enforcement Act, often known as the Biden Crime Law or the Clinton Crime Law, was responsible for more African Americans (and people of color) being arrested for petty infractions than at any previous time in American history.

😲Fun Fact: Clinton had a health-care policy that he intended to see implemented, and he called it Clinton Care. We wouldn't have had Obama Care if Clinton had had the votes to get it through Congress.😲

It is wrong that I dont know much about Clinton. I am aware of his affair, his wife, he was governor of a state and he had a federal budget surplus.

You'll learn some negative things about him if you read my post. I'd give him a 45-55 rating for his presidency. He was from the South, corrupt like everyone else, yet he was surrounded by this strange mist that I can't describe. I'm really not sure how to phrase it. During his tenure in office, he didn't make many calls for action, instead, his wife and staff did. They used to joke that Hillary possessed the balls while Bill possessed the you know what... At the end of the day, he was a decent man. However, we must not overlook or dismiss his ties to Epstein! Plus his bad policies...

Yet to this day I have turbo-folk scorched into my mind, and we were at war for 10 days only (I wasn't alive then but still).

Persian Gulf War (1990–1991) - The Persian Gulf War was a conflict between Iraq and a coalition force of 34 nations led by the United States. The lead up to the war began with the Iraqi invasion of Kuwait in August 1990 which was met with immediate economic sanctions by the United Nations against Iraq.

January 17, 1991 – February 28, 1991

Not to mention that the tensions from things like this lead to 9/11...

Or Eco-Paris Reformation I forget to mentioned but i learned that I was one of the top performing economics student in the region. One thing I also know in one of the Bushs said, "read my lips no new taxes" and apparently he suffered because he did raise taxes.

That is quite accurate. Bush Senior (now deceased) did indeed promise that but failed to hold his promise. I have to educate about the presidents when I teach American history. I assign each president 5 negative and 5 positive attributes. For some, this is difficult, while for others, it is simple. I am quite knowledgeable about all of the presidents as well as American history!

Depending on the nation, area, and timeframe, I'd have to make a decision. In modern times, Arabic has come to rule a major portion of this region. It all comes down to location, tribes, cities, dialects, and history, among other things... I'd prefer to see French in the area (after all, I'm a francophone), but the modern area, as well as its future, seem to be in the hands of the Arab world.
