Tbh it is too complicated for me to understand.

I mean, here's a sentence in Esperanto: Esperanto estas tro malfacila
(Esperanto is way too difficult)

Now how does that even make any logical sense

If you have any grasp of Romance language/Latin, estas is instantly recognisable.
tro I don't know, but you have to learn new words for every new language. trop from French, maybe?
malfacila is interesting. The -a denotes it an adjective (I believe?). facila, again, is facilis, facile, facil in another coat. The mal- denotes the opposite. So if facila=easy; malfacila=not easy.
It makes sense, and is easy-ish to learn for Europeans if you have the kind of classical education in Latin and probably French that was required of anyone above middle class in Europe around the time Esperanto was invented. (Also your own language, of course, adds to it)
