It is done via the issues and how you answer them. And since I have been doing many issues for over 2 years, they came together, making my people be extremely smart, plus having an extremely militarized and highly advanced nation, with an extremely large and successful socialist economy with very good amount of civil rights, but with little to no political freedoms.

Does your government talk about him a lot, does the media cover him a lot, do magazines and stuff publish about him, etc?

I can make a good list.

-Food, water, and other necessities that are required to live in great amounts
-Government funded housing
-Extended support to the unemployed
-Free education, even colleges, law schools, medical schools, and military schools
-The freedom to choose the path they want to go down, as long as it isn't of crime-related activities, such as drug smuggling
-Guaranteed safety through government funded home security systems
-If prescribed by a doctor, government insurance will cover
-Free visits to medical specialists
-Guaranteed retirement in all jobs and fields
-The ability to vote on less controversial laws, such as raising the Daily Citizens Budget (DCB), which are held bi weekly. More controversial laws, such as abortion, is decided by Johnathon T Corsahnim, openly.
-Extensive programs covering homeless people and immigrants
-Et cetera

These are but a few things in the list that the Corsahn government does. Even though there aren't many political freedoms, voting on less controversial laws (the ones that aren't strongly felt for by a party) is essential. More controversial laws (the ones that ARE strongly felt for by a party) are voted on by Johnathon T Corsahnim. And Speech Zones are near-empty, because Speech Zones are for those who complain about how the government is bad towards them.

Even though economic freedoms aren't great, the daily people, even the homeless, are given programs and monthly government checks that pay HANDSOMELY, (from 2k to 5.5k UTC's) to help support whatever sized families they have.

Civil Rights are given out freely toward the populace. The government has no right to go into a person's personal life or thoughts about other people. Civil rights are the key to the happy citizens being, well, happy. Freedom of speech is the most basic right that is held, but is expendable to many.

Here is a list of a lot of the many good things that Emperor Andrew, personally, along with the Andrew Government did for the people of the SRA and Andrew Empire:
-Free and great healthcare, and this is for EVERY citizen, regardless who they are(excluding prisoners in our labor camps who receive nothing), from mental to physical medical assistance and aid, and it is all government funded.
-Free and great education, all government funded.
-Free housing, paid for by both the government and personally by Andrew, who donates millions every year to ensure this, and so this means that we have no homeless.
-Free utilities(water, electricity, etc) in homes.
-Food is extremely low priced. About 13 loaves of bread cost only about .15 cents, plus meat and stuff to pounds only cost a few Andrewos at max, same with vegtiables and soups and fruits and such.
-Gas for your vehicle only costs about .24-.28 cents to the gallon, making it extremely cheap for citizens to buy gas.
-All sales of gas and oil to foreign countries, over 40% of that money was transferred into citizen's accounts so they had more money to live on.
-Given the right to freedom of protest, religion, and the right to live life as you see fit, as long as it is within legal manner.

Here are some things Emperor Andrew personally did with all his money, for his citizens:
-Emperor Andrew personally pays off over 50% of the prices of all automobiles, purchased by Andrewian citizens in the SRA and Andrew Empire, so you basically only pay half of what you originally would, and Andrew, personally, covers the rest of the expenses.
-Unemployment checks were given from the government until the person finds a Job to help them keep a steady living.
-Andrew personally gave all new Andrewian mothers over 10,000-20,000 Andrewos of his own personal wealth, so that they could use it to help raise their new kid(s).
-There is no interest on loans, banks in the SRA and Andrew Empire are state-owned and loans given to all its citizens at 0% interest by law, as Andrew pays for them.
-Andrew spent over 40 BILLION Andrewos, creating the largest man-made river and water pipeline network, to bring and transport fresh, drinkable and usable water, hundreds of miles across the entire Andrew Desert, to towns and tribes in need of the water.
-Emperor Andrew personally gave all newly weds over 70,000-80,000 Andrewos of his own personal accounts, so that they may start out their lives with money to sustain themselves, so they have enough to last them to find jobs and such.
-Should Andrewians want to take up farming career in the SRA or Andrew Empire, they would receive farming land, a farming house, farming equipment, seeds and livestock to kick-start their farms all for free, personally paid for by Emperor Andrew, and all tax free.
-If you run a charity, especially ones for animals, veterans, children, or medical research, Emperor Andrew will donate millions a month to them, to ensure they can carry out their duties and tasks they seek, but they must have prove every month, showing that all the money is being used for the cause of their charities, and not being taken for own personal use, or else the money will be taken back, and they will be arrested for fraud and theft.
-Once you retire, you will receive payments from Emperor Andrew personally, along with thank you cards and notes for all the years of hard work and service you gave to the Empire.
-Emperor Andrew personally spends millions every month, to companies and such, around the SRA and Andrew Empire, to help them create more jobs so that it is easier to find a decent paying job, wherever you may be.
-If a loved one or such dies, Emperor Andrew personally pays for the funeral service and all expenses for it so that the grieving families do not be bothered with such issues afterwards.
-Emperor Andrew spent billions, personally, on education systems, making our previous literacy rate jump dramatically from 62% all the way up to 100%, and our literacy rate is 100% to this very day.
-Due to his extensive spending in our education systems, now from over just 20% of our citizens having university degrees, now over 98% have college or university degrees of some sort.

And these are some of the many more things that the Andrew Government and Emperor Andrew, personally do, for the Andrewian people of the SRA and Andrew Empire.
