| Korghveghnjghette | ALL VOTERS READ THIS Ok so it seems like theres not a lot of points that are being made for each of the options on the poll so let me make some arguments for you. Option one : completely illegal to trade WMDs Argument: if you pick this option the universe will become a better place plus it would lead to more effective methods against these illegal trading sites. But there will be no reward for this answer to this problem. Picking this is completely non-profit. Option 2 : crackdown on it but money can legalize it. Argument : this is very helpful to economies as you could gain financial aid. While also destroying some illegal trading. Downside not many people will be ready to pay if you want a massive amount. OOC:this can really cement your character and start the most important part of roleplay a character development story arch. Option 3 : no idea Argument : no one hates you and you are not involved in this poll really. Option 4 : legalize it and profit. Argument : this option is horrible the wmd problem exist still and you could have massive consequences such as rebels gaining nukes, galaxy hates you, and a galactic Cold War. Option 5 : state owned profitable WMDs Argument: this is an amazing option. First of all making the business state owned defeats the problem of smaller corporations getting nukes. Second of all money do you how much money we could make because monnnnnnnney. Money can solve a lot problems in you country. And this option really has no downsides.  The Kingdom of Crinornis | Hi guys! Thanks for having me. Please help me with this flag. Iīd like it to be a schematised sea lily, but instead of its arms, itīs got Hallucigenia-like extentsions with repeated birdheads. A schematic version of such a creature would be great. I also have this idea for a pecial kind of world, where four "hemispheres" (tetartospheres?) exchange extended periods of drought - moderate climate - wet season - moderate climate - back to drought. As these periods are extended, by a few ceturies or so, the local geography also undergoes a shift: coastlines far out - coastlines in normal position - coastlines pushed back far landinward - coastlines back to normal - coastlines shooting far ot again. Four or more nations could scrap over the ever shifting landmass of this world, while we are a predatory species that eats whatever is causing all these droughts? | |
 The Disputed Territories of Kosmema | Great idea. Just one twist: I think you are causing the floods. Those century-long seasons are the times when our mineral-based species slowly grows into patron dieties of the corbon-based nationsī polities. But during our puppal stage, you infect our puppas, and sometimes instead of a patron diety, a destructive Crinornithan emerges. As these Pentaradial Meteosympaths need water to mate, they will start drawing in more and more water. They already do this while eating us in the puppa, which is why the drought turns to moderate climate in the first place. Next thing you know, the hallucinavian "necks" are released, so they can fly out to infect new puppas of ours. There probably are less sentient species of pentaradial meteosympaths on land and sea as well? Perhaps you could think up a list? There probably are more mineral-based life-forms too, on that planet. Or maybe we are from one of the moons? Weīll think up something. ---PROPOSAL--- All four stages are foudn contemporaneous, just in different quarters of the world. 1. Mostly Moderate climate Kosmematans emerge from their eggs as Penatic Larvae. They start acting as local patron deties, although their powers are still weak. They are vulnerable, and can be hunted by creatures coming in from the sea. Local populations still need to protect them. The sea, thank goodness, is retreating. Crinornithans are gestating more and more, pumping their offspring into their hallucinavian extensions. They are very hungry - obviously - especially the females (unless all are hermaphrodites). 2. Climate mostly dry, deserts emerge. Kosmematans retreat into their puppae. Patron deity functions are suspended, Local populations may still worship them, praying for an even stronger patron to re-emerge. Crinornithans hallucinavian extensions are flying around, trying to infect the puppae with their own eggs. 3. The sea starts coming back, especially in areas where crinornithans have been successful at infecting the eggs. Climate mostly moderate again Kosmematans re-emerge from their puppae, as full adults now and stronger than ever. Donīt need protection anymore, but will occasionally move around to look for mates. Crinornithans also emerge from the puppae, wreaking havoc whereever they do - and probably opening marshy chasms in their immediate environment. 4. Very wet climate. Kosmematans are developing in their eggs, which are buried - sometimes - on the sea floor. | |
