Providence is quite good - however Jennifer Government isn't great
(haha, imagine not having access to a large library)

Imagine not having access to money that would be spent on a library through tax dollars🤣
I think I need to bring West Nivosea here, that sounds way out of character coming from this nation.

United Tribes of Moth wrote:Crayons have flavor, you just need to take a deep look into your psyche to find it

The true flavour comes from within.

Oh boy, I was once naive like you. Really, really try to think about the last tree you've seen that you're certain was brown

Trivalve wrote:Are you referring to the snake?

No, I'm not being symbolic or metaphorical, I literally mean a tree that is brown like we were taught they are

Hello mates! I'm new here, any help on starting?

controversial opinion, the Soviet tanks were far better then any western tanks, all the way up until the Abrams, and even then, there was not a large enough number of them to be a large scale threat, until the time of the collapse.

I don't know everything about regions and NationStates, but I have some little tips on starting:

1. Try to publish a factbook about your country. It isn't required and you don't need to make a large one right away, but people will know more about your fictional country that way, plus could pave the way to more ideas. This all could come in handy in RPs and the NationStates Forums.
2. Read some of the rules in this region and website, so you wouldn't get into trouble.
3. Be friendly. This seems extremely obvious, but it's a important one to remember.
4. Do what you want. Of course, you can use NS in any way, so long as you follow the rules. Maybe you just like to answer those issues and log back out. Maybe you want to chat in multiple forums. Or maybe, you want to do something else entirely. One of the most important things to remember is to have some fun.

These are my tips. I know most of them are very self-explanatory, but I at least tried to give you some ideas.

The reason I've been asking about trees is that I recently realized that all the trees in my area are actually grey or gray or however I'm supposed to spell it, despite always assuming trees were brown. A slight amount of googling then revealed to me that most trees are actually grey

Darn it, it's gray. This keeps happening to me, I randomly end up using foreign english instead of that blue-collar, red-blooded, freedom-loving American english!

No one's stopping you from mixing the dialects, but I'd imagine it's improper to do so

No, we must write it both ways. Don't let the British gatekeep you from using grey, centre, oesophagus, crisp, etc etc etc. Legalise nuclear bombs.

I've seen many a brown tree, and many a grey tree.
Now how about birch trees that look like the ashy remains from bonfires?
