I saw this question and I’ve decided to answer it because it’s a good question…

Gondor probably would’ve handled it similarly to the Nordic Countries, but would’ve been on the cutting edge of vaccination development and distribution (thanks to being highly developed in the area of technology and science). Vaccines would be recommended, but not required. Gondor would’ve also (reluctantly) limited trade and travel with countries with higher percentages of there population testing positive (at least until vaccines became readily available), but would’ve provided treatment supplies and eventually vaccines via air supply to countries that needed assistance.

Once a reliable vaccine became reality, Gondor would probably treat it no differently than the flu or common cold.

I’m glad you all liked the idea!! I mostly said it for the punchline; but seriously I’ve always thought that dealing with a syndacaite and crime bosses would be a very fun storyline, little more down to earth than some things we’ve done… but probably very fun
